Agreement
By accessing or using trig.software ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Our services
Trig provides bespoke software development services. The Platform includes a discovery tool to help you describe your project and a portal to track its progress. The discovery prototype is provided free of charge. Production development is subject to a separate agreement and quote.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment for a completed project, you own the source code and assets delivered to you. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components developed during the project. The Trig platform, branding, and tools remain our property.
Discovery prototypes
Prototypes generated during the discovery phase are for demonstration purposes only. They are not production-ready and should not be used in a live environment. Prototypes remain our property until a production agreement is in place.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
